Refunds & Return Policy
PLEASE NOTE: WE DO NOT OFFER FREE RETURNS.
There are associated costs, which can vary depending on your location and the volume of the order (ranging from €4.95 to €24.95).
We also reserve the right to reject return requests that do not meet our return conditions.
Processing a return can take up to 14 days. Even if the tracking link shows that we’ve received your return, we may still need this time to fully process it.
Once your return has been processed, the purchase amount will be refunded to the original payment method.
If you paid via bank transfer, you can expect the refund within *5 working days.
For PayPal or credit card payments, this may take up to 14 days.
Can I return my order?
Yes, this is possible.
If you're not satisfied with the items you ordered, you can return them within 100 days of receiving them.
In this case, the order must meet the following conditions:

The order still includes all correct components, and the packaging is as originally received.

Any damage must not result from careless handling during normal use.

Hygiene-related products must be thoroughly cleaned before initiating the return.

The product must be proven to be defective immediately upon receipt.

We are entitled to charge the customer for shipping costs.

Returns are processed within 7 working days, and if all conditions are met, the return will be officially accepted within that period.

All products are custom-made. Returns are not accepted for selected custom items.
*We reserve the right to refuse returned items if we suspect they were used or damaged through no fault of ours.
How can I return my order?
If your order meets the above conditions, follow these steps to initiate the return process:

We will then contact you and provide the correct return address.
Never send your return to the sender address.
We will give you the correct address upon request.
You, the customer, are responsible for the shipping costs of returning the product.
Right of Withdrawal
The consumer has the right of withdrawal according to the following terms, if they are a natural person entering into a legal transaction for purposes not primarily related to their commercial or professional activity:

Right of Withdrawal
The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day you or a third party designated by you (not the carrier) receives the final item of your order.
As we operate with a fully automated system, orders are processed immediately upon placement. Therefore, we cannot interrupt the shipping process once it has begun, and refunds are only possible after receipt of the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify Nifora with a clear statement (e.g., by email) of your decision to withdraw.
The withdrawal is complete once we receive the goods. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
Orders already in transit
Since our products are shipped from Asia, there may be longer transit times beyond our control.
If the goods are already in transit, cancellation is not possible.
Please wait to receive the goods and then return them to us.
You can still notify us in advance of your intention to cancel.
To ensure the fastest possible return processing, please send us confirmation of your shipment.
Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments received from you (excluding delivery costs and any additional charges for non-standard delivery methods you may have chosen) within 14 days of receiving both your notice of withdrawal and the returned goods.
Refunds will be issued to the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed.
No fees will be charged for the refund.
ALL RETURNS MUST BE SENT AT THE CUSTOMER’S EXPENSE TO OUR CENTRAL WAREHOUSE IN ASIA.
